Elizabeth Kohlstaedt, Ph.D., licensed psychologist, Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer Intermountain
Elizabeth Kohlstaedt, Ph.D is a licensed psychologist and has been the clinical director and Chief Clinical Officer of Intermountain, since 1990. Intermountain is a multi-site, multi service, integrated behavioral health care agency who serves over 700 children and families daily in multiple services at multiple sites. Dr. Kohlstaedt received a BA in German from Purdue University, an MS in linguistics from Indiana University, an MA in physiological psychology from Arizona State University and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from University of Montana. Dr. Kohlstaedt has appeared on Prime Time Live, National Public Radio and in the Los Angeles Times to discuss child development, child trauma, attachment disturbance and relational treatment for emotionally disturbed children and has trained judicial, medical, mental health, public health professionals, as well as parents, staff and students across Montana, around the country and in Europe. In 2014, Dr. Kohlstaedt was honored as a Distinguished Alumna of University of Montana for her work through Intermountain.
